Outside Loop Computers = Amazing Customer Service

Back in 1999 or 2000, I bought a Liteon FS020 computer case.  It was a pretty specialized case that only power users (read:geeks) were interested in.  It developed a niche following, but was eventually discontinued.

One downside to the case is that it needs special mounting rails to mount a CD-ROM drive in it.  Not surprisingly, I lost mine.  On a lark, I emailed Outside Loop to ask if they might still have any around for sale.

Dave at Outside Loop looked around and found me a set of rails from a case that hasn’t been sold for years.  Not only that, he’s sending them to me for free.

Doing something like that for a customer from a decade ago is going above and beyond the call of duty.  They have my thanks and my recommendations to all.

Check their site out at www.outsideloop.com and keep them in mind if you need a PC, a workstation, a server, or network storage.
