Product Liability Lawyer

I think that product liability law is the most interesting area of the law.  That’s why I decided to become a product liability lawyer.  I focus primarily on asbestos, and FDA-approved drugs and medical devices.  However, I’m always open to getting involved in any case in which a defective product injured someone.  I went to law school in Michigan, which gave me the opportunity to take a product liability law class that was taught by the general counsel of a major auto manufacturer.  He not only taught me a great deal, but also showed me that automotive product liability law is almost always on the cutting edge of science and law.  For that reason, I’m interested in assisting anyone who was injured by a vehicle they believe was defective.

I run a separate blog that focuses much more heavily on defective products and product liability law.  That blog is the Legal Reader, and you may enjoy it if you’re interested in product liability law.  Or, if you’ve got a specific question about product liability law, feel free to contact me and I’ll do my best to answer it.
