Look at this bullshit peddled by Forbes about lawsuits against sports agencies over misclassified interns:

So, we should disregard labor laws because the industry can’t prosper without free labor?  Sorry, but if a business can’t prosper with minimum-wage employees, then the business isn’t worthwhile.  Same goes for an industry that needs free labor to survive.
